Past: 6th Manila International Auto Show April 15-18, 2010

6th Manila International Auto Show
The Manila International Auto Show is an annual venue for car buyers and
enthusiasts alike to take a closer look at the latest models and significant
concepts from the Philippines premiere auto makers. Manila International
Auto Show is the Philippines biggest motor show in terms of visitor count,
cars on display, and exhibitors.

The 2010 show is scheduled from 15 to 18 April at the World Trade Center,
Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. Manila Auto Shows sixth year is expected to
fortify its standing as the most all-embracing auto show in the country.

This years theme is Crossing Boundaries, with a dual thrust. The first is
to highlight the unparalleled capabilities of todays vehicles as they give
better performance and fuel economy. The second is to boost industry sales
beyond its previous performance with a well-attended selling event.

In a land once called the Pearl of the Orient, where Jeepneys and
Calesas were once the king of the road, Manila is now positioning to be an
automotive force to be reckoned with. With production figures inching
closely to pre-Asian crisis volumes, we look forward to seeing the
automotive industry shifting to high gear.

The show also aims to foster industry cooperation and provide a stimulus to
spur demand for the automotive industry. Together with media, the private
sector and government initiatives, MIAS aims to promote the local automotive
manufacturing industry and serve as an engine for growth.
